Frequently Asked Questions
What do I get for C$100?
A thorough profile review across the immigration pathways that fit your goals (study, work, family or business), a FREE consultation with a licensed Canadian immigration consultant, a written action plan with clear next steps and a realistic timeline, plus ongoing updates and webinars.
Is this a guarantee?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee a visa, permit or permanent residence — those decisions are made by the Government of Canada (IRCC). What we guarantee is honest, realistic advice so you can decide with clarity before making major financial commitments.
Who will I speak with?
You will meet with a regulated Canadian immigration consultant (RCIC) licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), supported by our Canadian-based team.
How long does the process take?
Once your account is open, we aim to complete your profile review and schedule your consultation within one to two weeks. Application processing times after that depend on the program and are set by IRCC.
Can I apply from outside Canada?
Yes. Most of our clients start from outside Canada. Consultations are held online by Zoom or phone, so you can begin wherever you are.
What if I’ve been refused before?
A past refusal does not automatically end your options. We review the reasons for the refusal, assess what has changed and tell you honestly whether — and how — to try again.
Can you help my family too?
Yes. Your profile review can include your spouse or partner and children, and we advise on family sponsorship and on pathways that let families move together.
When should I start?
As early as possible. Starting early gives you time to prepare documents, improve language scores, plan finances and avoid costly last-minute mistakes.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant providers, and your information is used only to assess your profile and deliver your service. We never sell your data.
What happens after the consultation?
You receive your written action plan. If you choose to proceed, we prepare a separate service agreement for your application — there is no obligation to continue.
