1. Our services
QuadX Global provides immigration guidance, settlement support and language training. Immigration advice and representation are provided by consultants licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Language and settlement services are not immigration representation.
2. No guarantee of outcome
Immigration, visa, permit and admission decisions are made solely by the Government of Canada and educational institutions. We do not guarantee any outcome, processing time or approval.
3. Accounts and assessments
Opening an account (for example through Project 100Canada or Future Ready Canada) gives you the assessment and guidance described on the relevant page. It does not include application preparation or representation unless you sign a separate service agreement.
4. Fees and payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Launch offers are available for a limited time. Government, school and third-party fees are separate. Interac e-Transfer orders begin once payment is confirmed.
5. Refunds
Assessment fees are refundable within 7 days of purchase if your profile review has not started. Once the review or consultation has taken place, fees are non-refundable. Consultation fees can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. [Please confirm this policy.]
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information. Advice is based on the information you give us and on current rules, which may change.
