QuadX Global (“QuadX”, “we”, “us”) provides immigration guidance, settlement and language services to clients in Canada, Cameroon and around the world. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use our website and services.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number and country of residence.
- Information about your goals and profile that you share through forms, assessments or consultations (for example education, work history, family situation).
- Account and order information when you open an account or purchase a service.
- Payment confirmations from our payment providers. We do not store your full card details — payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal or Interac.
- Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies.
How we use your information
- To assess your profile and deliver the services you request.
- To schedule and conduct consultations with licensed consultants.
- To process payments and send receipts and account information.
- To send updates, webinars and resources you have asked to receive (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including those of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
Sharing
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the licensed professionals and trusted service providers who help us deliver your service (for example payment processors, scheduling and email tools), and only as needed. With your consent, we submit information to government authorities as part of an application.
Security and retention
We use encrypted connections and reputable providers to protect your information, and we keep it only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent to marketing, at any time by contacting us at info@quadx.ca. Canadian residents are protected under PIPEDA.
